La pasticceria \u00e8, a suo modo, una forma d’arte, un’espressione di ingegnosit\u00e0 e creativit\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Dall’unione di tutti questi aspetti nei primi anni ’90 un pasticcere ebbe un’idea; l’intento era quello di creare un dolce che esaltasse la Sfoglia lavorata, da qui nacque il CARAMELLATO.<\/p>\n

Oggi dopo quasi 20 anni questo dolce \u00e8 ancora il simbolo della tradizione della Pasticceria Buti, una sfoglia croccante con un sapore leggermente caramellato che incontra una soffice crema chantilly all’italiana in un mix di sapore e consistenza che avvolge fin dal primo assaggio.<\/p>\n
